Taking care of our employees, our customers, our communities and our environment.

At Abbeydale Food Group, we believe in doing the right thing in every area of our operation. Every day, we consider how we can improve our social and environmental impact and the way we conduct ourselves as a business. By demonstrating our commitment to Corporate Responsibility, we aim to align our business values, purpose and strategy with responsible and ethical principles in everything we do.

We aim to increase employee engagement through responsible activity. Manufacturing more products than ever before, our aim is to have fewer accidents, leading to less absence, together with a sustained focus on promoting health and well-being needs within our businesses. We aim to minimise and mitigate our environmental footprint and have adopted a number of responsible practices across our businesses.

We are focused on tackling the challenge of food waste, plastic reduction (were possible) and responsible sourcing of all raw materials by working closely with specifically selected partners that share our values.
